In 2018, at the request of its banking clients, GAUVIN & RAJI | AVOCATS decided to develop expertise in the mining sector. Today, the firm advises mining operators on both regulatory aspects: in particular mining permits, issues related to subcontracting, ESG issues; and contractual aspects: creation of JVs, structuring of investment projects, sale and acquisition of mining assets, financing.
